This refrigerator condenser coil is an authentic OEM component engineered for select side-by-side refrigerators. It plays a critical role in the cooling cycle by circulating high-pressure refrigerant through its multi-layered tubing, allowing surplus heat to be safely dissipated into the surrounding ambient air before the refrigerant enters the evaporator. When a condenser coil becomes severely damaged, punctured, or compromised, the sealed system will lose pressure or refrigerant, causing symptoms such as a complete loss of cooling, extended or continuous compressor run times, or localized overheating near the base of the machine. Replacing this component requires technical expertise in sealed system recovery and brazing.
