Easy process! Fast delivery! Your service was great! The product design isn't any good! Not your problem how it's made! It's Electrolux's problem and design! It doesn't have locking pins or any place for the top of face handle to catch or lock into like the bottom does! I had to glue the top to the drawer to keep it connected! Without securing the top of handle it wouldn't stay on and in place! When pulling the drawer open to add washing products it just comes off in your hand!
