Details
The W10727360 is a three-terminal interlock or door switch used in over-the-range and built-in microwaves from major brands. When the microwave door is closed, this switch signals the control board that it’s safe to energize the magnetron and start cooking; if the switch fails or the door isn’t detected as closed, the microwave will fail to start or will shutdown prematurely. Common symptoms of a bad switch include the microwave not starting, heating then shutting off, or a door latch error.
