Limited Warranty - Your warranty period begins on the date of purchase. Most parts have a one year replacement warranty. We process manufacturer warranties for our customers as an added convenience. If you experience a defect during the specified warranty period, please fill out the below form to start process. Once warranty has been accepted, you will receive email providing you with ticket number in which you can use to inquire on process.

If a part is replaced under warranty, we will warrant the replacement for the remainder of the original warranty period or 30 days, whichever is longer except as follows: Replacement parts including electrical and gas components will be replaced one time during the warranty period. Warranty ends after the part has been replaced one time.

Warranty Reimbursement Policy – In the unique event where a warrantied part replacement is unavailable from ApplianceParts365.com, we will offer a prorated reimbursement. The refund amount will be calculated based on the duration of use and will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase. This policy is applicable even for items that are discontinued, become unavailable or factory back-ordered during the warranty period. All part(s) for the warranty request must be returned to us in order to fulfill the warranty request. The refund amount is per our discretion.

Commercial Use – The warranty period for parts used or installed on appliances used as a part of a business or production process expires 30 days after the date of purchase regardless of what may be printed on your receipt.

What is Not Covered – This warranty does not cover parts that fail from improper installation, another faulty part, abuse, or parts that are installed in “home made,” custom designed, or modified appliances. Fuses, lamps/bulbs, chemicals and oils do not have a warranty coverage. Costs of shipping from customer location or shipping to customer location are not covered by this warranty and will not be reimbursed or paid by Appliance Parts 365 .

THE LIMITED WARRANTY ABOVE IS THE ONLY EXPRESS WARRANTY MADE BY APPLIANCEPARTS365. COM WITH RESPECT TO SUCH PARTS, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. APPLIANCEPARTS365 .COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
